Simply browse our collection, add your favorite handbag to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure online payments.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers, and we also accept Cash on delivery. 

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, cash on delivery is available in selected areas across Pakistan. For international orders, prepaid payment is required.

5. How long will delivery take?

  1. Local orders (Pakistan): 3–7 working days
  2. International orders: 7–15 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

6. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions. Follow us on Instagram @catie.offical for updates.

7. Can I return or exchange my handbag?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Infocatie0@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Do you offer custom handbags?

Currently, we focus on our signature designs. However, stay tuned; customization may be available in future collections.

10. How do I take care of my Catié handbag?

  1. Store it in a dust bag when not in use
  2. Avoid overloading
  3. Wipe with a soft cloth to keep it looking new
